Our Term Of Service are very simple and transparent:
- You can reschedule or change the timing of your tutoring plan at any time. (Please be kind and give us 24 hours notice when you can!).
- You can stop your tutoring plan at any time. (Please be kind and give us 24 hours notice when you can!)
- You have to make sure that you use all your sessions during the calendar month as you cannot carry over sessions from one month to other.
- We are committed to your happiness and if you are not entirely satisfied we will send you another tutor.
- Our tutors are paid monthly in advance.
- We have two pricing plans:
- Weekly Plan => Monthly Payment = Weekly Price x 52 / 12 (Default)
- Pay As You Go (You receive a monthly itimised invoice)
- If you paid us by credit card and you request a refund, we will refund the amount we have received, i.e. we do not pay you the transaction fees charged by the credit card companies.

Our policy is valid for a period of 3 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can ask for a refund. A pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the services. If the period of 3 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Service must not be used
- Service malfunctions or doesn’t work as described
- You can cancel your Tutoring plan at any time during a Plan period and up to 48 hours your plan’s renewal date.
You can change and reschedule a Tutoring session during any given Plan period at any time and up to 48 hours before the tuition.
Tuition cannot be transferred from on Plan period to the other, i.e. all tuition within a Plan must be taken during the Plan period.
If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. It’s important to keep in mind that there is often a difference between a service that doesn’t work and a situation where you are receiving an error message. Error messages could be related to an incorrect setup, configuration or software and as a result the service is not working.
Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
